This guide will show you how to apply Logic Jump in your Shopify quiz, allowing you to guide users through personalized paths based on their answers. With Logic Jump, you can create a more engaging and relevant experience for your visitors. Let’s dive in!
1. Go to the Recommenda app in your Store Dashboard and edit the quiz for which you want to set up logic jump.
2. Navigate to the Quiz Setup tab.
3. Edit the question whose answers will lead to different follow-up questions.
4. Enable the Logic Jump option from the settings on the right.
5. As shown in the screenshot above, a dropdown will appear next to each answer. You can choose where to direct shoppers based on their selection.
Note: Logic Jump functionality works with the following question types: Single Choice, Dropdown, Yes/No.
